It is the new bike sharing service at fixed stations in the Municipality of Sacile. You can pick up a bicycle in one place in the city and return it to another. There are pedal assisted bicycles at your disposal, that give you the opportunity to move quickly, independently and sustainably. A network of connections designed for those who want to experience the city of Sacile and its territory on two wheels.
The project is promoted by the Municipality of Sacile and managed by the subsidiary company LIVENZA SERVIZI MOBILITÀ SRL, as part of an important and broad mobility strategy aimed at creating a system capable of offering citizens and tourists a range of alternatives for urban and extra-urban mobility.
1. PIAZZA LIBERTÀ (train station): e-bike rental + 1 place for charging private e-bikes.
2. CAMPO MARZIO: e-bike rental + 1 place for charging private e-bikes.
3. PARCHEGGIO PALAMICHELETTO (via Cartiera Vecchia): e-bike rental.
Only people of legal age (older than 18 years) may register for the service.
The service is accessed via the “BKSApp” App. The BKSApp can be downloaded to mobile phones with an Android or iOS operating system.
Registration for the service may be done in the following ways:
1. Directly with QR-code from the stations through the BKSApp.
2. In the offices of Livenza Servizi Mobilità S.r.l. which will issue the User code and password and activate the service on the app. The opening hours of the LSM offices are as follows:
Afterwards, the Users may buy a credit top-up in the following ways:
The app allows Users to identify the closest cycling station, the availability of e-bikes and places available to park the e-bikes.
You may reach the nearest e-bike station and pick-up the bike (the drop-off station does not necessarily have to be the same as the pick-up station).
The e-bike rental service is personal and allows the use of only one bicycle at a time and one person per bicycle.
The use of e-bikes is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The pick-up of the bicycle by a User is allowed only in the racks where a green LED is lit next to the bicycle. If the LED is not this colour, it means that the e-bike is being recharged.
To pick-up the bike, perform the following steps:
Scan the QR code on the single charging station with the smartphone camera using the app and wait for the acoustic signal (about 3 seconds) and for the indicator light to start blinking blue and green.
Remove the bike from the rack within 30 seconds.
Once the picking-up has been completed correctly, the rack will turn on the white LED.
The removed e-bike, if pedal assistance is activated, has a runtime of about 50 km.
The drop-off may only be made in racks without bicycles and with a white LED lit at any cycling station present in the municipal area.
To drop-off the bike, perform the following steps:
If the User does not find free racks, they may drop-off the e-bike using the “rack occupied” option. This allows the User to leave the e-bike adjacent to the charging station, securing the e-bike itself with a padlock and dropping off the related keys in a special container in the cycling station concerned. In order for the system to “block” the charging of the rate, it will then be sufficient to report this condition through the app so that the Managing Company is informed in real time, to arrange for its pick-up.
Here are the rates applied for each rental:
|Usage time||Consumption charged|
|from 0 to 3 hours||€ 0.50 every half hour or part thereof (max € 3.00)|
|from 4 hours to 6 hours||€ 1.00 every half hour or part thereof (max € 6.00)|
|After the 7th hour||€ 20.00 up to 24 hours of use|
The service is available at the Piazza Libertà and Campo Marzio cycling stations.
The cost of the service is “free”.

Use by minors is FORBIDDEN.

The bicycle may not be transported by the User by any means, either private or public.
The User is responsible and the keeper of the bicycle from the moment they pick it up until the moment they drop it off; the Managing Company shall have a claim against the User for failure to deliver the bicycle.
The User must check that the bicycle is in working order and in perfect condition as far as it can be visually checked; otherwise, they will have to reposition the bike in the appropriate cycling station dock.
If the User damages any of the components of the service (bicycle, column), they are obliged to pay compensation, in accordance with Art. 2043 of the Italian Civil Code.
The User will be solely liable for all direct and indirect damage caused to third parties (people, things and animals) as well as to themselves and/or to things and/or animals owned by them as a result of improper use of the bicycle with the consequent obligation to compensate all damages caused.
In the event of an accident and/or injury involving the User or the bicycle, the User must immediately notify the Managing Company (by telephone at 366-9375378 or by sending an email to the email address email@example.com).
The Managing Company is responsible for any damage caused to the User and/or possibly to third parties, only in the event that the damages are due to the failure of the technical parts of the service for reasons attributable to the Managing Company itself. The Managing Company shall never be responsible for damage caused to the User by third parties (people, things or animals) during the use of the service or in the event of loss, destruction or theft of the bicycle and objects on board.
